Position Overview
This job is for an Account Executive who manages supplier payments and invoices while keeping records in order. You might like this job because you'll work with various departments and can sharpen your organizational skills!
- Monitor payment schedules and outstanding payables
- Liaise with suppliers and internal departments
- Maintain proper supporting documents and records
- Prepare billings, invoices and statements
- Perform general office administrative duties as required

Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in field
- 1–3 years of experience (is an advantage)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PDF handling)
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills (Know speaking chinese is an advantage)
