Job Responsibilities
- Handle General Ledger (GL) functions including accounting entries and ledger maintenance
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
- Prepare monthly management accounts including Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, and supporting schedules
- Perform bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, and journal entries
- Prepare accruals, prepayments, depreciation, and fixed assets schedules
- Maintain proper accounting records, filing, and financial documentation
- Assist in audit, tax, and statutory compliance matters
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretary, and bankers on finance-related matters
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities
