A global communications provider is seeking an Account Executive to join their dynamic team, managing queries from clients and supporting the wider Client Services Team.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update schedules for allocated clients, owning SLA/Dispatch and Data Receipts.
- Track and update KPI metrics and inventory for allocated clients.
- Monitor and manage the client‑specific change management process, collaborating with design, development, production, and warehouse teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Provide administrative support and act as client‑facing liaison.

- Sound experience managing printing campaigns.
