Hiring: Bill Passing Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven professional to join our Finance team as a Bill Passing Executive. The role is critical in ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely processing of vendor payments while maintaining strong coordination across functions.
✅ Key Responsibilities
1. Bill Passing & Payment (SFD & EFD)
- Ensure bill passing strictly as per PO terms & conditions
- Track and clear GR/IR open line items
- Timely adjustment of Debit/Credit Notes
- Ensure appropriate deduction of Retention/Security
- Follow up for PBG/ABG before advance release
- Coordinate for necessary PO amendments
- Prepare and process payment proposals twice a week within defined timelines
2. Transportation Accounting & Compliance
- Timely preparation of transportation payment proposals
