Position Overview
Responsibilities - Managing marine insurance accounts across the full lifecycle, including placement of risks in London, UAE and international markets.
- Negotiating with insurers across local and global markets.
- Client servicing and relationship management.
- Policy documentation and administration.
- Coordinating with international partners, including London and Dubai markets.
Qualifications - 3-5+ years of experience in marine insurance broking or underwriting (up to 7‑8 years considered for the right profile).
- Strong, hands‑on experience with placements and renewals, market negotiations, and policy documentation.
- Solid technical knowledge of Hull & Machinery (essential), P&I, cargo, and yachts (desirable).
- Familiarity with London and/or international marine markets.
- Comfortable operating in a lean team environment with high autonomy.
