Position Overview
- Damage investigation and root cause analysis
- Collection & Delivery Scheduling
- Update and maintain data in VTS, including daily tracking of vehicles
- Understand and maintain SOPs
- Report performance in daily / monthly meetings
- Understand and maintain customer SOP's
Qualificationsand experience:
- Bachelor of Commerce in Logistics, Economics or Marketing Management
- Fully conversant in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong administration and organisation skills
