About the Role

We are looking for an Account Executive to join our growing team! In this role you will be responsible for sales, prospecting, and servicing a commercial lines book of business. You will develop and maintain a meaningful list of prospective customers, close sales in the commercial area, and provide excellent and timely customer service. This would include acting as a liaison between the customer and the insurance carrier when there may be claims.

What you’ll do here

• Sell commercial insurance policies
• Develop and maintain a prospect list
• Build and maintain excellent customer relationships, including visiting customer sites
• Keep abreast of market knowledge, products, and pricing issues and opportunities
• Prepare proposals, and arrange for account placement with the insurance carriers
• Gather and document relevant information to ensure the customer receives the appropriate coverage and service
