Account Executive - Commercial Insurance

Location: Edmonton (Hybrid)

We are looking for an Account Executive to join our client and work out of the Edmonton Office on a permanent full-time basis.

Our client has over 200 offices across Canada. We offer flexible work arrangements and opportunities for growth within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Sell commercial insurance policies
• Develop and maintain a prospect list
• Build and maintain excellent customer relationships, including visiting customer sites
• Stay informed about market knowledge, products, pricing issues, and opportunities
• Prepare proposals and arrange account placement with insurance carriers
• Gather and document relevant information to ensure appropriate coverage and service
• Maintain quality in the book of business by adhering to underwriting rules and good practices
