As an Account Executive at hexafarms, you will own the full commercial lifecycle of your customers: Β from first conversation to long-term expansion and retention. Our business follows a land-and-expand model: initial deals typically start as trials (ACV ~ 15k) with massive potential to expand across additional sites, production areas and modules. Your goal is not only to close new customers, but to build long-term relationships with growers and grow those accounts over time. Your success will ultimately be measured by ARR closed, expansion within accounts, and the long-term success of your customer portfolio.
