Handle full sets of accounts, including AP, AR, and GL;
Process payments, cheques, online payment batches, and staff claims;
Process and record all financial transactions including invoices, receipts, expense claims,purchases, supplier payment certificate and delivery orders;
Conduct regular bank reconciliations and manage banking matters;
Providing administrative support, such as filing and data entry as needed;
Support external and internal audits by preparing required documentation, organizingfinancial records, responding to auditor inquiries and following up on auditrecommendations;
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role.
Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
