We are now looking for a
Account Director
who can oversee multiple Account Managers, ensure operational excellence, improve client retention, and help scale delivery systems within the agency.
Role Overview:
The Group Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts indirectly through Account Managers and Junior Executives.
This role focuses on:
delivery quality,
client retention,
team management,
escalation handling,
reporting standards,
operational efficiency,
and process building.
You will act as the bridge between leadership and execution teams.

Team & Account Oversight
Manage and oversee 5 Performance Marketing Managers and their respective teams, each Account Manager manages 5-6 Clients.
