Description
This role will have a specific account portfolio that they will support and will assist with answering phone calls, emails, checking orders, and updating these accounts. This role will specifically support certain accounts. This role is a support role to the Sales teams at DanFoss.
Daily Duties:
Primary contact for the customer and provide timely information to them.
Deploy a pro-active approach with our customers via email, phone, and some customer portal updating to assist them in their inquiries.
Manage customer orders, ensuring they are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
Work closely with our Sales Account Managers, Plant Personnel, and your Customer Service colleagues as needed.
