Job Description:
•Preparation and handling of monthly management accounts
•Preparation of monthly accounting schedules
•Process monthly payroll and statutory contributions
•Perform monthly bank reconciliations
•Maintain updated accounting records
•Liaising with auditor and tax agent on yearly accounts audit
•Assist Senior with any ad hoc tasks as needed
•Administrative duties
Requirements and Qualifications:
•Minimum degree in account and1 year of experience in handling full set of accounts.
•Experience in preparing monthly payroll and managing contribution submissions is an added advantage.
•Familiar with accounting software (SQL, Autocount, Bukku) will be an added advantage
•Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
•Attentive to detail and meet deadlines
•Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
