Job Description - Perform commission processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Perform reconciliation and manage commission pay-out processes
- Provide relevant data for the Annual Banding Exercise
- Provide required data to Distribution on CRT qualifiers
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements - Diploma Holder preferably with 2 to 3 years working experience
- On job training provided
- Positive disposition, most importantly with good working attitude
- Must be meticulous, detail-oriented and willing to learn
- Good team player, and able to work under pressure to meet tight monthly deadlines
- Able to communicate confidently and with clarity, both oral and written
- Prior experience with good EXCEL skills a must, Microsoft software will be an added advantage
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
