Job Summary Manage full set of accounts for investment holding and subsidiaries using Excel and accounting software. Support corporate secretarial and office administrative functions to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
Responsibilities - Manage full set of accounts for investment holding and multiple subsidiaries using Excel and relevant software, including foreign currency transactions
- Prepare and issue payment vouchers, online transfers, and cheques accurately and timely
- Develop and maintain accounting schedules in Excel to monitor accounts receivable and payable
- Compile financial statements, reports, and documentation to meet deadlines and compliance requirements
- Prepare and file GST reports in accordance with regulatory deadlines
