What you will do

• Consult with our business partners in Accident Benefits Claims to determine the learning needs of our Accident Benefits Adjusters
• Design and develop learning programs, small to large scale, using the most effective and appropriate instructional methods/materials to provide and reinforce learning and enhance knowledge retention
• Use your energetic attitude and engaging public speaking skills to present information using a variety of instructional techniques and formats
• Stay current on the insurance industry, the Statutory Accident Benefit Schedule (SABS) as well as training and development trends, activities, and techniques to ensure you remain up to date with the industry
