Accessibility Front-End Designer/Developer (T & I) (Telework/Hybrid)

Overview

As an Accessibility Front-End Developer you will ensure that our internal web properties comply with accessibility best practices. You will bring expertise in WCAG 2.1 Level AA, CAN/ASC - EN 301 549, and JavaScript to support application development across products, platforms, and teams. You will be a bridge between design and engineering, prioritizing the human interaction and technical feasibility of the user experience with a heavy focus on accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Accessibility team to evaluate accessibility reports and fix high‑priority issues.
• Convert high‑fidelity UI/UX design wireframes and mockups into pixel‑perfect, interactive code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
