SummaryThe Access Control Specialist provides customer service and records/database management.
**The shift for this position will be primarily for weekends and the occasional night or weekday .**
ResponsibilitiesProvide access control services via a central access control point with video monitoring of all entrances and egresses.Provide exceptional customer service support. Meet, greet, and interact professionally with employees, VIPs, and the public.Must be able to maintain electronic database using Microsoft Office platform and/or any legacy systems.Responsible for safeguarding all USG equipment, information, and property provided.Participate in emergency evacuation drills as required.
