Job Description Summary

This is an 18 months long apprenticeship program supporting aircraft engine maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) activities in line with approved procedures and regulatory requirements. The position involves assisting with engine assembly, disassembly, inspection, and component installation/removal, while participating in structured development programs that include classroom and on‑job training with competency assessments. You will collaborate closely with engineers, mechanics, and cross‑functional teams to build strong technical, analytical, and operational skills, ensuring strict adherence to quality, safety, and company policies.
