Position Overview
This position requires on-campus in-office work during regular business days/hours. 10-month position August through May.
The Academic Support Coordinator is part of a team that will share responsibility to provide support to students, faculty, and staff by performing administrative functions related to the graduate and undergraduate academic missions of multiple Humanities departments that require independent judgment and a high level of confidentiality. Serve as a resource for faculty, staff, and students by keeping current on College and University policies/activities related to course scheduling, registration, and student records, graduate admissions and program processing, and maintaining strong professional relationships across campus. Provide analysis and recommendations regarding scheduling, enrollment, grad program support planning, and other related areas of importance to Chairs/Directors.
