he University of Mount Olive is seeking a motivated and organized individual to serve as the Academic Resource Center Director. As a key member of the Learning Commons team, the individual in this role will play a crucial role in codifying and administering various services and programs offered by the Academic Resource Center (ARC) for both face-to-face and online student populations. This includes overseeing initiatives for high-risk students, managing a caseload of undergraduate students on academic probation, and planning and marketing academic support programming. The ideal candidate will have experience in academic support service delivery, staff or student supervision, and will demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
