Essential Duties & Responsibilities
+ Oversees operational aspects of an academic program, assessing and modifying program processes as needed to meet depart and quality assurance goals
+ Creates and manages course schedules and calendars. Maintains and tracks a master schedule, collaborating with faculty to ensure compliance with course delivery procedures
+ Handles program operation logistics such as ordering course materials and handling instructor payments
+ Analyzes program metrics and performance measures and assists with reporting of program goal assessment results
+ Prepares and monitors the program budget, including purchase orders, invoice payments, and monthly financial reconciliations
+ Serves as liaison with students on operational issues and concerns. Gathers feedback on program effectiveness and supports the continuous improvement of services by providing recommendations to program leadership
