Ensure smooth and timely execution of classes.
Coordinate tutor substitutions and class rescheduling.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and address inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Resolve operational and scheduling challenges efficiently.
Lead, motivate, and support the tutor team.
