Essential Requirements

- You must have experience teaching young learners.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily academy operations, including schedules, classrooms, and teacher assignments.
- Motivate and lead the teaching team.
- Ensure high‑quality teaching and student satisfaction.
- Support teachers and students, including covering classes if needed.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Help promote the academy to corporate and institutional clients.
- Assist in product development and marketing strategies.
- Participate in recruitment and training.
