**Job responsibilities:**  Instructors are responsible for the academic instruction per approved curricula. They will provide training and basic guidance and direction to help students achieve their academic goals.

**Essential functions:**

+ Provide students with direction, instruction, and assistance in designated areas of instruction.
+ Motivate and counsel students in areas of behavior, training, personal problems, or study habits.
