Academic Breast Pathologist

The Department of Pathology at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), is seeking an outstanding candidate for a full-time clinical faculty position as a Surgical Pathologist with subspecialty expertise in Breast Pathology.

Qualified candidates must hold an MD (or its equivalent), have or be eligible for a valid California Medical License, and be either Board Eligible or Board Certified in Anatomic Pathology by the time of appointment.

All applicants must have or will have completed fellowship training within anatomic pathology or have its equivalent in clinical experience (3 or more years of sign out experience) at the time of appointment. Priority will be given to candidates with formal breast pathology fellowship training. Strong preference will be given to candidates with demonstrated interest/success in scholarly activities in breast pathology.
