ABATTOIR OPERATIONS MANAGER
Qualifications / Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Agriculture, Food Science, Meat Technology, Operations Management or Related Field
- Minimum 5 Years' experience in Abattoir, Meat Processing or Food Production
- Strong knowledge of Meat Processing, Carcass Utilization & Yield Management
- Experience with Stock Control Systems & Production Software
- Sound knowledge of HACCP & Food Safety Standard
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day Operations of the Abattoir
- Supervise & Train Staff
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety Regulations
- Optimize Production Processes & efficiency
- Maintain Quality Control Standards
- Implement and oversee Maintenance Schedules
