ABATTOIR OPERATIONS MANAGER Qualifications / Requirements Diploma/Degree in Agriculture, Food Science, Meat Technology, Operations Management or Related Field Minimum 5 Years' experience in Abattoir, Meat Processing or Food Production Strong knowledge of Meat Processing, Carcass Utilization & Yield Management Experience with Stock Control Systems & Production Software Sound knowledge of HACCP & Food Safety Standard Duties and Responsibilities Manage day-to-day Operations of the Abattoir Supervise & Train Staff Ensure compliance with Health & Safety Regulations Optimize Production Processes & efficiency Maintain Quality Control Standards Implement and oversee Maintenance Schedules #J-18808-Ljbffr
