General Description:
The Asbestos Abatement Technician position constructs containments, removes ACM, manages waste stream, and performs lead/asbestos related abatement activities in full compliance with all state and federal regulations.
Essential Duties & Job Functions:
Comply with all safety, policies and procedures established by CCI while on shift. Build containment areas prior to beginning abatement or decontamination work. Removal and disposal of asbestos material, which may include but is not limited to, floor tile, gaskets, friable and wallboard. Lead paint removal and disposal Document all the abatement process and chain of custody paperwork for proper disposal in accordance with regulations.
