Job Requirements
Diploma / Degree in HR / Business Administration/other relevant disciplines.
Minimum 3 yearsβ experience in (preferably in building & construction industry)
Familiarity with EPE, EASYTIME will be an added advantage).
Job Descriptions Recruitment
Manage the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, liaising with employment agencies, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Able to offer negotiations and conduct onboarding and induction programs with new hires. Documentation of new hires' information, such as crafting letters of offer, creating personal files, onboarding checklist forms and any related forms.
