Position Overview
Position Title: Field Service Engineer - Working Location: (Jurong East)
- Working Days: Monday - Friday
- Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:15pm
- Salary range: SGD 3,500 to SGD 4,500 monthly, 13th month, SGD 250 transport allowance
Specific Responsibilities - Provide the installation, commissioning and on-site training to support the customers according to the scope of the project
- Provide after sales technical support, troubleshooting and site service to customers in a timely manner to ensure that the product is operational.
- Handles wide range of diesel generator sets (small to large capacity) to provide support to departments in terms of service and training
- Ensures all technical and training documents are up-to-date and organized
- Maintain close working relationship with our key customers to ensure the follow through until the issue is resolved
