The Medicine Care Group is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Service Manager for Respiratory and Renal Medicine to join our busy and dynamic departments. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced operational manager to work alongside clinical and managerial colleagues in delivering high-quality, patient-centred services.

The post holder will support the General Manager in the day-to-day operational management of the services, providing leadership, expertise and operational support to multidisciplinary teams. Working in partnership with the General Manager, Clinical Leads and senior nursing colleagues, the successful candidate will be responsible for the effective management of elective, non-elective, cancer and diagnostic pathways, ensuring the delivery of key performance standards and supporting service recovery plans.
