As the international payroll & benefit team, our goal is to build up a unique model that is able to timely and accurately deliver payroll & benefit operation services across 27 countries globally in a compliant manner. On top of that, capable of supporting Alibaba’s aggressive growth from both geographical & complexity perspective.

You will have the opportunity to work with the teams / vendors around the world, dive deep into the countries you may never have experience before. You will also be part of the journey to build up our internal payroll platform to manage the complex international payroll.
