988 Lifeline Representative

We arelooking for compassionate individuals to join our team as 988 LifelineRepresentatives. This part-time role pays $20/hr and requires a minimum of twoovernight shifts per week. Training will take place in the Framingham office,after which the position will transition to a remote work arrangement. The 988hotline provides a direct, easy-to-remember phone line to trained NationalSuicide Prevention Lifeline call takers, aiming to reach many more people inemotional crisis and connect them to necessary services. Applicants should havea high school degree and prior telephone or call-center experience, especiallywith a focus on providing emotional support, is highly preferred. Experiencewith data gathering techniques and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word,Excel, databases, and other software systems are essential.
