Position Summary:

The Infant Care Aide is responsible for providing a safe and developmentally appropriate infant care program for a small group of infants, ensuring the health, safety, and progress of each child.

Department: Marcos de Niza TAPP/APPP Program
Reports to: APPP Coordinator/Case Manager; Lead Infant Care Supervisor
Term: 9 month position
Part time: 29 hours per week

Training and Experience:

Must be 18 Years of Age

Possess one of the following minimum qualifications:High school diploma and 30 or more credit hours in education orHigh school diploma and 15 credit hours in education and one year of experience working withinfants or

High school diploma or GED, and two years of experience with working with infants.

Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
