Costing Executive / Quantity Surveyor Working Days: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm
Location: Boon Lay
Salary: $3000 - $4000
Requirements - Min Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 2–3-year relevant experience
- Hands‑on experience in using Dynamic 365 Business Central
Responsibilities - Review all incoming tenders, drawings, and specifications to understand project scope and requirements.
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for materials, equipment, labor, subcontractors, and overheads.
- Analyze project risks and identify cost‑saving opportunities by proposing alternative options.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing.
- Coordinate with sales, design, and project teams for technical and commercial clarifications.
- Ensure all cost proposals comply with client requirements.
