*For the 2026-27 school year, Urbandale Schools will include a $2,500 hiring incentive for this position to be paid out over 3 years as long as the teacher remains employed with the district.*

IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR - Building Principal



RECEIVES GUIDANCE FROM - Building administrators, district leadership



PURPOSE OF THE POSITION - Provide personalized learning that supports each student in achieving their potential. Engages in professional growth and fulfills professional responsibilities.
