The Role

Section Manager– Test & Failure Analysis (FA) Engineering leads all test and FA activities to ensure efficient production support, product quality, and on-time delivery. The role acts as the technical authority for test development, troubleshooting, yield improvement, and supports NPI through cross‑functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead & Manage Team
  • Lead the Test & Failure Analysis (FA) Engineering team to support production, meet business targets, and drive operational excellence.
• Technical Leadership
  • Act as the subject‑matter expert and escalation point for all test and failure‑analysis issues, including complex troubleshooting and system‑level debugging.
