Position Overview
Senior Quantity Surveyor - Location: Walking distance from Bendemeer/Lavender mrt
- Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9am to 6pm
- Salary: $4000 - $6000
Responsibilities - Manage pre and post tender activities including quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and tender submissions.
- Prepare and review contracts, variation orders, progress claims, and final accounts.
- Source, negotiate, and procure materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
- Monitor and control project budgets, implementing cost-saving and value engineering measures.
- Conduct site surveys and participate in measurements and valuations with clients and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with sales, design and project teams on all contractual and M&E matters.
