Position Overview
Position Title: Parts Coordinator (Marine Spart Parts)
- Working Location: (Jurong East)
- Working Days: Monday - Friday
- Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:15pm
- Salary range: SGD 3,500 to SGD 5,000 monthly, 13th month, SGD 250 transport allowance
Sales Support & Order Management - Prepare accurate and timely quotations for generator spare parts based on customer and distributor requests
- Process sales orders in SAP (or equivalent system) and ensure proper order tracking through to delivery
- Monitor order status, backorders, and fulfilment timelines; proactively follow up on delays
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure on‑time shipment
Distributor & Customer Coordination - Serve as the primary contact point for distributor enquiries on parts availability, pricing, and delivery
