Position title: Junior Conveyancing Lawyer

Working Days: 5 days. Working Timing: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Working Location: Telok Ayer. Starting Salary: $5,500 – $7,800.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Prepare and review legal documents related to property transactions, including sale and purchase agreements and loan agreements.
• Provide advice to clients on all aspects of buying or selling property, covering legal issues, financial considerations, and contract matters.
• Engage in negotiations with the other party’s lawyer for the Option to Purchase (OTP) and advise clients on the conveyancing process and their rights and obligations.
• Liaise with various parties involved in the transaction, including real estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other relevant stakeholders.
