Position Overview
Sales Manager Working hour: Mon- Fri 9am - 6pm
Salary: Basic $4500 - $5500 + Commission
Location: Paya Lebar
Key Responsibilities 1. Revenue & Growth Ownership - Own and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across assigned channels and accounts.
- Deliver agreed sales and revenue budgets
- Drive both sell-in and sell-through growth
- Expand revenue contribution across key accounts and channel
- Identify growth opportunities through assortment, pricing, promotions, and channel expansion
2. Key Account Management - Build strong relationships with retail buyers and decision-makers
- Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, promotions, rebates, and trading terms
- Secure new product listings and expand SKU presence
- Plan and manage promotional calendars and retail campaigns
