Job Responsibilities - Front Desk & Admin: Manage reception, answer phone calls/emails, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and handle patient inquiries.
- Billing & Inventory: Process payments, reconcile daily collections, manage Medisave/insurance claims, and track medical inventory.
- Patient Care: Register patients, take vital signs (e.g., blood pressure, temperature), and update medical histories.
