Position Overview
Job Responsibilities . Provide support to HR Business Partners in the day-to-day operations. . Assist and coordinate interviews arrangement. . Organise and schedule meetings/appointments for reporting officers. . Process monthly invoices and internship payouts. . Maintain proper HR documentation. . Maintain a proper filling system and documentation and protects operations by keeping information confidential. . Assist in Orientation and other Employee Lifecycle events. . Design EDMs and videos for HR related events or announcements. . Any other HR related admin and project works. Job Requirements . Diploma holder . At least 1 year of relevant experience in coordinating interviews / raising invoices / other admin work. . Able to manage high-volume activities and handle data confidentiality. . Able to work under tight timeline and respond to changing priorities. . IT savvy and comfortable with the use of Microsoft Excel to handle data and reports. .
