Position Overview
Duties - Responsible for providing frontline customer service support
- Assisting patients with registration, appointments, and self-service kiosks, promoting
- Supporting enrolment, attending to patient enquiries on healthcare apps and services
- Maintaining enrolment records and booth logistics, supporting crowd control, and
- Handling general administrative and ad-hoc duties.
Working hours Mon-Fri office hours
Requirements - Min O/N/A Levels/ Diploma in any field of study
- Ok to stand for a long period of time
