6 Months Contract
9AM to 6.30PM Monday to Thursday, and 9AM to 5.30PM Friday
Responsibilities - Assist in counter duties (seated at the counter) – this is based on office environment (not branches)
- To attend to courier delivery/pickup at counter
- Photocopy incoming courier for filing (proof of receipt by Admin Team and also staff acknowledgement of receipt)
- Filing and archival of documents of cancelled closed accounts
- Checking and update of insurance related notices into system
- Other general admin duties e.g. consolidation of reports, statistics, typing and UAT.
- To support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks when required
Requirements - Minimum GCE A level/ Nitec/ Diploma in related fields
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
