5G Engineer at BairesDev What You’ll Do - Design and implement 5G NR and LTE radio access network (RAN) solutions to meet coverage and capacity requirements.
- Manage and optimize core network functions to ensure seamless end‑to‑end connectivity and service delivery.
- Ensure all deployments and configurations adhere to 3GPP standard implementations and industry best practices.
- Perform network troubleshooting and performance tuning to maintain high reliability and low latency across the 5G ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate new telecom features and services into the existing infrastructure.
