As a General Manager you must demonstrate leadership ability by managing manager and crew schedules, inventory, training and planned maintenance. The ability to develop a team, work independently while still being accountable and build constructive and effective relationships to make sure the team is meeting McDonald’s standards. You must be able to monitor safety, security, profitability and must ensure proper communication throughout the team.
