OBJECTIVE

To help carry out the mission of Passion City Church, that we are: for God, for people, for the city, and for the world.



The role of the Care Coordinator is to ensure that the people of our House and their families get cared for well.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Maintain care processes, procedures and best practices for 515 location.

+ Recruit, train, and lead 515 Access Team, maintaining a team of Door Holders to implement care for the various needs across 515.

+ Help coordinate new and existing projects and events (ie. Unite Events)

+ Coordinate care-related needs that are submitted by phone, email, hubspot, etc.

+ Provide all official care-related updates to pastoral staff

+ Maintain our Care Network database of professionals and organizations to ensure accurate records, counselor availability, co...
