Salary: $2,200 – $2,600

Working Hours: 7.15am – 4.00pm (Mon to Fri）

Location: Pioneer

• Coordinate import and export shipments, including shipment planning and execution.
• Prepare and process shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, delivery notes, and Bills of Lading.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping agents, transport providers, suppliers, and customers.
• Arrange customs clearance, permit applications, and GST‑related documentation.
• Coordinate trucking, container collection, deliveries, and warehouse‑related logistics activities.
• Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Maintain accurate logistics records, documentation, and reports.
• Work closely with warehouse teams to support daily logistics operations.
• Perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.
